- We will not be held liable for any lost parcels via normal postage (do opt for registered postage especially for bulky packages).
- All ATM transactions have to be accompanied with an attachement of clear, non-scanned close-up image of the ATM receipt.
- All Internet Banking orders has to include either the transaction reference number or a screenshot of the payment made that reflects the transaction reference number.
- Wonderstellar reserves the right to reject any ATM transfers without the receipt attached as we will not be able to verify the payment.
- Prices listed on the website are non-negotiable.
- In the case that we've sent the wrong item to you, kindly contact our customer sevice team at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a picture of your parcels received for further assistance.
- Strictly no exchanges or refunds once item is sold unless there is a manufacturing defect on the item(s).
- All items will be checked carefully for defects before dispatching. However, in the case that there is a rare case of defects:

- An exchange will be made for the same item if instocks are available
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be made. We will absorb the postage costs of shipping the items back to us.
- Exchanges and refunds will only be allowed within 7 days from the date the defective item is received
- The defective item should be unwashed, unworn and brand new with tag (if any) for the exchange or refund to be effective
- We will only process the exchange/refund after receiving the parcel at our office
The follow reasons will not be considered for exchange/return:
1) Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.
2) Actual item's design/cutting/colour deviates from buyer's personal perception.
3) Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.
4) Cutting does not suit the customer
5) Deliberate damage of the item in order to make it eligible for exchange.
6) Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains that are not obvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any other reasons that are similar in effect. In general, "defects" that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and thus will not be eligible for exchange/refund.
7) Defects which are caused/appear after washing and handling by the customer.
- Whether the item is eligible or "defective" enough for exchange/refund will be determined based on the discretion of staff at Wonderstellar.

- As far as possible, we will try to reflect the true colours of our products. However, the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and actual colours may vary from product photos and across various monitors and screens due to difference in colour calibration.
